How do I return a product purchased from ongschool.com?

In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2000, you may return a product purchased from our online store within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. However, the product must not show any signs of use. It must not be destroyed or damaged. It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable), with all its contents.

What should you do?

• Pack the item you would like to return.
• Include the form available here, together with proof of purchase or a copy of it (receipt or VAT invoice). More than one product may be included on one form.
• Send the parcel to: Oleksii Nikolaiev, ul. Łamana 1, 05-510 Chyliczki, Poland.
